Cedric Wells

A natural ability to draw and paint started very early in Cedric’s life. While growing up in the small town of Itta Bena, MS, Cedric found fine art as a vehicle for expressing thoughts and feelings on paper/canvas.

From his travels around the world while serving as an officer in the US Army and then with GE, Cedric has gained an appreciation of all types of cultural artwork and understands that true beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Cedric's artwork is inspired from his past experiences, thoughts, feelings, and visions that come to him often during meditation and prayer. His art encompasses various art mediums ranging from acrylic to color pencils, pastels to ink, and oil to charcoal.

With the support of family and friends, Cedric’s journey now has him in the Atlanta Metro area to make a difference in people’s lives with his writings and to provide art for the eyes and mind. Cedric’s art has been showcased at a number of venue locations around the Atlanta and Washington D.C. areas, as well as events in Virginia Beach and Indianapolis.
