Catherine Wilson Hamill
Catherine
became interested in photography, winning many ribbons in various
local and statewide events. Years later, she was introduced to oil
painting which started her on a new venture and career. Her paintings
are exhibited throughout the United States and Europe and she is
represented in galleries, restaurants, and inns in Connecticut,
New York, and Block Island, Rhode Island. Catherine also has a line
of greeting cards identified by the name ARTography which depicts
photographic images of her paintings and photographs.
Catherine is a member of the National League of American Pen Women.
Specializing in lighthouses, landscapes, and seascapes, she travels
up and down the East Coast as well as to the Caribbean, Europe,
and Central America to paint on location. She also specializes in
private commissions which also include pet portraits, gardens, and
fantasy scenes.
