Brian Klecatsky
In
the twenty years since Brian took his first photography class, his
passion for visual storytelling has gained momentum and earned him
praise from peers, family, friends and clients. Photographing a
variety of subjects, Brian developed a journalistic approach resulting
in thousands of images, proudly archived in albums that document
his life and the lives of everyone he meets.
Whether it’s his three-year-old niece, a family reunion,
a grass roots fundraiser or a potluck dinner with friends—Brian
takes his role as “staff photographer” very seriously.
Highlights include photographs taken during travel to Spain, Costa
Rica, Mexico, Italy, South Beach, Cape Cod, Palm Springs, Joshua
Tree National Park and the Caribbean.
Brian’s photos have been included in the Triangle Community
Center (TCC) Newsletter and have been auctioned to raise money for
the Human Rights Campaign and TCC. In the fall of 2004 two of Brian’s
photographs were entered into the TCC Art Show and earned him a
2nd Place and honorable mention. Since taking a leave from the corporate
world last summer, Brian has been concentrating his attention on
building a freelance photography business specializing in special
events and portraiture.
